My crate was shipped to a previous/invalid address. What should I do?

Firstly, be sure to get your shipping address updated through your user account. You can do so here:

If you no longer have access to your previous address, please send us a message and we can provide more information for your specific situation.

If your crate was mailed to an invalid address, please double check and/or update your user account and contact our support team for more information.

Note: In effort to get crates to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments prior to the signup cutoff.
